Scallion egg cake
Ingredients
Flour, eggs, salt, scallions
1: Crack four eggs into a bowl, add a little salt, stir well and set aside.
2: Add flour, add an appropriate amount of water, and stir until a non granular batter is formed. Add chopped scallions and stir well.
3: Brush a little oil on the hot pot, pour the batter into the center of the pot, and shake the pot slowly to make the batter evenly round. (You can also use a shovel to slowly spread it out)
4: Fry slowly over low heat, once one side is set, flip over to the other side and fry until both sides turn golden brown.
